Founder
For the better part of fifteen years, Carla has been involved in instructional design and training. She has extensive experience working with a variety of industries and various sized organizations. John Deere, Eli Lilly & Company, and Kurt Salmon Associates are just a few of the organizations that have been the beneficiaries of Carla’s vast training knowledge.
Carla is a Certified Professional Coach and received her BA from Indiana University and Masters in Communications and Training from the University of Northern Iowa. Focusing on her own strengths—strategic thinking, communication (writing, speaking, presenting) and brainstorming or ideation—Carla’s straight-forward approach to problem solving and challenges makes her the ideal person to head a company which locates the strengths of others.
