Delivery bundle · Pilot engagement

Turn leadership feedback into a practical plan with manager support.

We help a defined leader cohort interpret approved feedback, agree a work assignment with their manager and review progress. Use existing feedback where it is suitable; scope a new 360 separately when needed.

Engagement at a glance

Best starting condition

A Talent-development leader with a defined cohort and manager support, but too little time to operate a complete feedback-to-development cycle.

Bring what you already have

Use suitable approved feedback and draft plans, with a defined cohort, participant consent and manager support. A new common 360 survey, instrument and report-production process is separately scoped when needed.

Ignite carries

We check approved feedback, organize interpretation and action planning, agree practical manager support, coordinate the sessions and records, and complete a follow-up review for each completing participant.

Your team does

Participants complete their practical development assignments. Managers agree and provide support. The complete confidential feedback report does not have to be shared with the manager.

First proposed checkpoint

Weeks 1-3: Accept existing feedback or run a separately agreed common survey cycle; verify report quality and confidentiality. Timing is confirmed after inputs and access are accepted.

What counts as complete

For each completing participant: a practical written assignment, recorded manager support and a completed follow-up review. Record nonattendance, missing consent and unresolved obstacles explicitly.

Leadership feedback delivery

Leadership 360 and Development Planning

Proposed pilot: 8-10 weeks; a defined cohort of up to 8 leaders.
Help a defined leader cohort turn feedback into practical assignments, manager support and a completed follow-up review.

What needs to be clarified first

Only when the cohort, development question, feedback approach or instrument requirements cannot yet be scoped. Existing acceptable feedback and draft plans should be reused.

When another starting point fits

The cohort or manager support is undefined, approved feedback or participant consent cannot be obtained, or the buyer expects generic curriculum, unlimited coaching or a guaranteed improvement in leadership ratings.

Separate scope

A new survey, group curriculum, repeated coaching and post-program impact/ROI analysis are optional. No promise of improved leadership ratings or causal business impact.

What you can expect.

FAQ

Questions about this engagement

Scope, responsibilities and what happens next.

Do we need a new 360, or can we use existing feedback?
We reuse suitable approved feedback and draft plans. A new common 360 survey, instrument and report-production cycle is separately scoped when needed. The cohort, method, consent and authorized facilitator are confirmed before that work is offered.
What will the participant’s manager see?
The manager joins the agreed support conversation and receives the development assignment, support commitments and review expectations as appropriate. The full confidential 360 report does not have to be shared with the manager. Feedback access and consent are agreed in advance.
What happens after the development plan is written?
The proposed cycle includes a practical work assignment, a participant/manager support session and a follow-up review. Each completing participant has a written assignment, manager-support record and reviewed next commitment or obstacle. Development work remains the participant’s responsibility.
