Action follow-through

Carry leadership feedback through a supported development cycle.

Feedback reports or draft development plans exist, but practical assignments, manager support and follow-up are not organized.

Does this match your unfinished work?

We already have the feedback reports and draft plans. We need help turning them into assignments managers support and progress we actually review.

What is getting in the way

A defined cohort has feedback but lacks a complete feedback-to-development cycle. Managers have not agreed practical support or review expectations, and the Talent team lacks capacity to coordinate the work.

What the next step needs to address

A defined cohort has feedback but lacks a complete feedback-to-development cycle. Managers have not agreed practical support or review expectations, and the Talent team lacks capacity to coordinate the work.

What needs to be clear enough to proceed

Which approved feedback can be used; one practical development priority per leader; a work assignment, manager support, progress evidence and unresolved obstacles.

Only when feedback quality, confidentiality, cohort eligibility or manager access is too uncertain to accept the inputs and scope the cycle. Reuse acceptable reports and plans. Survey setup, fielding and report production are separately agreed add-ons.

Start directly when the need, usable inputs and decision access fit. We agree only the remaining work.

FAQ

Questions about this situation

Usable inputs, scope and shared responsibilities. Book a scoping conversation to agree the remaining work.

Do we need a new 360, or can we use existing feedback?
We reuse suitable approved feedback and draft plans. A new common 360 survey, instrument and report-production cycle is separately scoped when needed. The cohort, method, consent and authorized facilitator are confirmed before that work is offered.
What will the participant’s manager see?
The manager joins the agreed support conversation and receives the development assignment, support commitments and review expectations as appropriate. The full confidential 360 report does not have to be shared with the manager. Feedback access and consent are agreed in advance.
What happens after the development plan is written?
The proposed cycle includes a practical work assignment, a participant/manager support session and a follow-up review. Each completing participant has a written assignment, manager-support record and reviewed next commitment or obstacle. Development work remains the participant’s responsibility.
