A business or HR sponsor with a funded initiative, assigned delivery staff and no available project manager to keep the work moving.
Bring a funded initiative, existing plan or AI draft, current tools and governance records. Agree one phase, milestone, sponsor, staffed owners and escalation authority.
We maintain the integrated plan, follow up with owners, check dependencies and status evidence, maintain risks and issues, prepare sponsor decisions and manage phase closeout.
Your staffed owners execute the business and technical work. The sponsor approves scope changes and milestone acceptance and resolves escalated decisions. Response expectations are agreed when scoping.
Week 1: Confirm the phase boundary, milestone, owners and escalation authority; reconcile the current plan and expose the first decision queue. Timing is confirmed after inputs and access are accepted.
The plan and logs reflect current evidence, decisions and escalations are recorded, and closeout records milestone acceptance or unresolved blockers with named next owners.
Only when a project phase, owners, staffing, milestone or escalation authority cannot be agreed. Reconcile an existing plan during phase setup rather than requiring an unnecessary diagnostic.
The initiative is unfunded or unstaffed, the sponsor cannot make decisions, the buyer expects Ignite to execute every workstream, or the need is a whole enterprise PMO or unlimited project staffing.
A whole enterprise PMO, technical implementation, procurement authority and execution of every workstream are excluded. More owners, meetings or workstreams require a revised scope; no promise of on-time completion independent of client delivery.
The phase boundary, milestone and acceptance criteria; owner and workstream commitments; dependencies, risks and issues; sponsor decisions and escalation authority; accepted milestones or remaining blockers.

The bundles are new pilots. Related case stories describe earlier Ignite work, not this bundle.
Milestone and Dependency Review. Agree the phase, owners and acceptance criteria; Run the delivery cadence and resolve dependencies; Verify the milestone and hand over remaining work.
One project phase, up to three workstreams and eight named owners. Include one 60-minute kickoff, eight 30-minute delivery check-ins, two 45-minute sponsor reviews and one 45-minute closeout. Maintain one integrated plan, action/dependency and risk/issue logs, decision queue and weekly status; collect one update per owner each week.
Scot: Serve as the proposed project-management lead: maintain the plan, check status evidence, coordinate owners and vendors, prepare decisions and run follow-up.
Josh: Lead the two sponsor reviews and escalated priority or ownership decisions; ongoing executive advisory is separate.
Planning budget: client project lead 9-12 hours; sponsor 2-3 hours for reviews, preparation and decisions. Each owner: about 15 minutes per weekly update, plus check-ins attended and the project work itself. Overlapping roles are not additive.
Proposed fixed fee for the defined eight-week phase and cadence; optional four-week continuation with explicit workstream, owner and meeting caps.
Additional populations, participants, roles, sources, meetings, workstreams or review periods are agreed as separate scope where relevant.
Proposed pilot scope. We agree the remaining work, usable inputs, responsibilities and fees before starting. Timing depends on accepted inputs and the required people being available. Your team retains approvals and its assigned business actions.
An agreed project phase has owners and workstreams, but schedules, dependencies, issue follow-up and sponsor decisions are not being kept coordinated.
